Breakfast was very beneficial for the body. Especially for those who want to run the activities. Reseacrh shows those who eat breakfast are more produktive at work and have proportionately more body weight than those who skiped breakfast. 

But of course not all good food comsumed at breakfast. You should be able to choose which food are healthy and which are not. 

Well, here all the example for healthy breakfast:
